- Drop off, have us collect it, or book a visit. Bring the item to our Henry Street workshop, have us pick it up from your clinic, send it by post from Tobago, or book an on-site visit.
- Keep working with a loaner. Ask for loaner equipment so your practice isn't interrupted.
- Diagnosis and repair. Our technicians find the fault and repair it, down to board level where needed.
- Tested and returned. The equipment is performance-tested before it goes back into service.

Do you offer on-site dental equipment repairs?
Yes. Our technicians visit clinics anywhere in Trinidad and Tobago for on-site diagnosis, servicing and repairs.
Can you collect equipment from my clinic for repair?
Yes. We pick up chairs and other equipment from your clinic, repair them in our Port of Spain workshop, and bring them back. Loaner equipment is available in the meantime.
Do you repair dental equipment in Tobago?
Yes. We send technicians to Tobago for on-site work, and smaller items can be sent to and from our Port of Spain workshop by post.
